 (Keep It Simple Saints)

It was by one-man sin brought into the world.

Romans 5: 12 Adam sinned, and that sin brought death into the world. Now everyone has sinned, and so everyone must die. (CEV)

Q1/ Now everyone has sinned. (True or False)

Now in Romans it says that All have sinned.

Romans 3: 23 for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God (MKJV)

Wages of sin is death

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (MKJV)

Q2/ Sin is death, Jesus is life. (True or False)

Jesus said unless one is born-again.

John. 3:3 Jesus replied to Nicodemus, "I can guarantee this truth: No one can see the kingdom of God without being born from above." (GW)

Q3/ Jesus said you must be born-again. (True or False)

Christ died for us

Romans 5:8 Christ died for us while we were still sinners. This demonstrates God's love for us. (GW)

Q4/ Jesus showed Gods love. (True or False)

Christ died for us and he rose again

1 Corinthians 15:1 And, brothers, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you have received, and in which you stand; 2 by which you also are being kept safe, if you hold fast the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain. 3 For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received, that Christ died for our sins, according to the Scriptures, 4 and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures; (MKJV)

Q5/ Jesus did not rise from death. (True or False)

Not to condemn the world but to save the world.

John 3: 17 God sent his Son into the world, not to condemn the world, but to save the world. (GW)

Q6/ Jesus came to save the world. (True or False)

Believe in the Son and have everlasting life

John 3: 36 He who believes on the Son has everlasting life, and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides upon him. (MKJV)

For God so loved the world

John 3:16 God loved the world this way: He gave his only Son so that everyone who believes in him will not die but will have eternal life. (GW)

Q7/ God loves all people of the world. (True or False)

To become the sons of God.

John 1: 12 But as many as received Him, He gave to them authority to become the children of God, to those who believe on His name, (MKJV)

By Grace

Ephesians 2: 8, 9 For by grace you are saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast. (MKJV)

Q8/  we can become a child of God by grace. (True or False)

I stand at the door

Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him and he with Me. (MKJV)

Q9/ We must ask Jesus to come into our heart. (True or False)

With the heart you believe

Romans 10:8 But what does it say? "The Word is near you, even in your mouth and in your heart"; that is, the Word of Faith which we proclaim; 9 Because if you confess the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses unto salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, "Everyone believing on Him shall not be put to shame." (MKJV)

Q10/ We believe from the head. (True or False)

Confess Me (Jesus) before man.

Matthew 10: 32, Then everyone who shall confess Me before men, I will confess him before My Father who is in Heaven. (MKJV)

Q11/ We believe from the heart. (True or False)
Q12/ If we tell people about Jesus He will tell God about us. (True or False)

He that has the Son has life

1John 5: 11And this is the record, that God has given to us everlasting life, and this life is in His Son. 12 He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. 13 I have written these things to you who believe on the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have everlasting life, and that you may believe on the name of the Son of God. (MKJV)

Q13/  If we have the son of God we are dead. (True or False)
Q14/ God has given us eternal life if we believe in Jesus. (True or False)

Summary of major points (the KISS method= keep it simple saints)
We need to understand these points to have assurance (to be sure) of our SALVATION.
We should make it clear for the new convert and understand it ourselves.
A/ Seek forgiveness for sins.
B/ Understand Jesus came to save.
C/ He died on the cross and his blood washed away our sins.
D/ He rose again to gives us eternal life.
E/ Jesus is the Son of God. He is God.
F/ Invite Him into your heart.
G/ Realize that you are now a born-again Christian.

Q15/ We need to see our sin and repent. (True or False)
Q16/ Jesus died and rose again to eternal life. (True or False)
Q17/ Jesus is God. (True or False)
Q18/ We need to ask Him to come into our hearts. (True or False)

As a new followers we need to:
1/ Read the Word of God.
2/ Pray to God in the name of Jesus. (Talk to God)
3/ Come into regular fellowship with the saints.
      (Come to Church)

Q19/ We need to do three things to stay a Christian. (True or False)
Q20/ Do you want to become a Christian? (Yes or No)

A salvation prayer does not appear in it’s entirety in the Bible, but by bringing the KEY threads of requirements in Gods word together we can say with assurance you are saved, we are saved. A prayer of acceptance, making Jesus our Saviour can follow something like below.

The prayer of acceptance, making Jesus your Saviour.
Dear heavenly Father please forgive me for my sins.
I know that you sent your Son into the world to save me and I thank you.
I know, Jesus that you died on the cross to save me, washing my sins away.
I know that you died and rose on the third day.
I know that you are God.
Please Lord Jesus come into my heart and live with me.
Thank you Father God that I am born, again.
                                 Amen.
